Collection of Information
The information collected on bondbowls.co.uk is stored securely in our database and is used only to fulfil your orders. All credit & debit card details are taken and processed by our secure payment provider ‘Sage Pay’. Bond bowls do not handle your card details and at no point have access to them. Sage Pay notify us when a successful payment is made. We will not seek to sell, share or rent this information to others in any way which differs from what is disclosed in this statement.
Order
We collect information on our website about the purchaser’s order such as name, address and contact details. This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfil the purchaser’s order. If we have trouble processing an order, the contact information is used to get in touch with the purchaser. It is also important to note that Bond Bowls does not receive or hold any credit card information for purchases at any time. Bond Bowls are only notified of the payment status of each order. All credit card details that are entered into sage pay are used for that single transaction only. At no time in this process does Bond Bowls have any access to the purchaser’s credit card details.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
